1. Service Scope

Listsy provides automation and management tools for connected stores. Features may evolve over time.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for account security, credential protection, and actions taken through their account.

3. Billing and Subscription

Subscription and payment operations are processed through integrated billing providers. Plan changes and cancellations follow active billing rules.

4. Acceptable Use

The platform may not be used for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity. Misuse may result in access restrictions.

5. Supplier Rules — Branding & Contact Prohibition

Suppliers are strictly prohibited from including their logo, brand name, business cards, contact information (phone, email, social media), or any promotional material inside shipments sent to buyers. All buyer-supplier communication must occur exclusively through the listsy.pro platform.

Violation of this rule will result in a permanent account ban without the right to appeal.

6. Third-Party Integration (Etsy API)

Listsy uses the Etsy API to help Etsy sellers manage their listings, automate publishing, and connect with verified suppliers. Listsy is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Use of the Etsy API through Listsy is subject to Etsy's API Terms of Use.
